Individual Spiritual Direction “Who is God for me, and who am I for God?” can be an underlying question that begs for companionship and prayerful, non-judgmental listening. Individual spiritual direction provides the opportunity to explore gifts and struggles of our life with another, who is trained to accompany in the spiritual journey…someone who will pray with us and for us.
